So glad we found this place! Incredible and fun food! We found a diamond in Park Rapids! UPDATE 2/13/16:....My wife and I decided to give this place another shot tonight; as the saying goes, redemption is sweet! The staff was friendly, prompt, and... Excellent food, service and location. Would highly recommend! We had the Kelly burgers and peach cobbler fresh from the oven, yum! This restaurant is a fantastic find. The fettuccini Alfredo was excellent and the house salad with the cucumber dill dressing  was superb! The atmosphere... Marble is a rock of calcite or dolomite, valued for its ease to carve and resistance to shattering. The Romans, the Greeks--the Ancients!--used it in plenty... Zorbaz rocks!   We always have great food and the ambiance is fun and festive.  Weather we have a date night out, or a meal with our kiddo, we enjoy it... We had a group of 5 tonight when we went. We started with potato nachos (topped with pork, BBQ, coleslaw and jalape\u00f1os) and fried green beans. The waffle... The wild rice pancake was awesome and so was my omelet. Service kept the coffee coming. This place is now on my bookmark list. Five stars! Despite the Bacon Cheese Burger pizza I'm still alive and able to write this review. ....Holy COw!! I've been eating here forevs and it never lets me down..... I've eaten bar-b-q in 36 states and this is by far one of the best!  It's off the beaten path but well worth it! Harlingen is a cool little town. Not very mainstream. So when my coworker invited us to Colletti's I was pleasantly surprised...The building is really nice... Amazing food. I had the Steak sandwich, which in itself if hard to find in the valley. It was amazing! Very tasty, very big. Will definitely order again.... I had the fajita enchiladas (not on the menu), and I have to say nothing short of incredible ! I think this this place is a Harlingen staple since the 60's... Great burgers! I loved the new building compared to the old one...Can't beat those juicy burgers any place! My boyfriend and I loved it! Loved it!  Had the machacado breakfast -  totally awesome. The tortillas were top notch and the service was great. Very good quality food.  This place is as authentic as it gets.  It takes a little time to get your order, but each and every order is made fresh, and it is... Drinks: Margarita on the rocks, frozen cucumber Margarita, peach margarita ALL on point ....Food: Carnitas plate was big enough for two and delicious.  The...
