Not long ago, my friend Mike went to grab his cellphone when he noticed a few missed calls from his mother and a text message that simply said...

My dad lives in Whitney and he took me here 3 times when I came and visited. Each time was as great as the last. Our server was friendly and attentive.... I ordered the 2 meat plate. Pulled pork and brisket were delicious and tender. The brisket even had a nice caramelized bark holding the juicy interior... Our first time visiting today for my birthday. Absolutely incredible flavors, authentic dishes, great prices and they even brought me some sopapillas to... Very good dinner. Chicken fried steak was great. Fried pickles were awesome! Server was excellent. The gummy bear drink was really tasty. Great food, service, and atmosphere.....We made an impromptu stop in Glen Rose and wanted to grab lunch before heading back on the road, luckily we walked by... This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the state of Texas. The Tex-Mex is unparalleled and the service is great. I love to come here when I come... Very good food and service. Italian food with good taste and preparation  they have great salads, and the cannelloni Alfredo is exquisite.  My wife loves... This was an excellent small family-styled restaurant. We were visiting the Glen Rose area and looking at possible dinner spots. Honestly, one of the reasons... Fly by night would be a 2 or 3 in \"the city\" (a bigger metropolis). It's a 5 in the country, so I give it a solid 4 and my recommendation for you to give it... Amazing food, service and prices. Tried most everything on the menu and it's all exceeded my expectations.....Cash only business so come prepared or you can... We had great dinner here with friends last night.  The food was all beautifully presented and tasted delicious.  I ordered the spicy seafood stew which was... Wonderful food. The fish and chips and steak sandwich are amazing. ....If you are camping at Walker River, or just passing through Wellington this is a must! Passing by on MLK weekend. Ordered Jalape\u00f1o burger and it turned out really good. Boyfriend had the eggs, bacon, eggs and pancakes - were okay. Pancakes are... Absolutely wonderful!!!
