The Wall Street Journal (New York, New York) - On April 10, 2017 the Federal government will use an obscure loophole buried in the labor code to issue a "Retirement Blackout". Millions of retirees and future retirees could become the victims of the nationwide shutdown. Time is quickly running out but there is a way to protect yourself.

The Blackout gives rise to a little-known investment opportunity called 26(f) Programs.  Most Americans have no idea that 26(f) Programs exist.

The 26(f) Programs are unique class of investments that allow average-income Americans to enroll with one small investment stake, which gives them the opportunity to earn an aggressive monthly income or lump-sum payout.

Zenbox is the best ramen I've had on the Midwest Coast and NYC. Their broths are rich and never burnt, their noodles are cooked with perfect bounce, and... I was pleasantly surprised by Charley's, insofar as the whole \"hotel restaurant\" thing often bestows a get-out-of-mediocrity free card for a place. But I'm... I was a little skeptical  after reading the reviews, but our family dinner turned out to be pretty good.  Glad we made a reservation, all the show patrons... My order was Carry Out. I saw that there is a burger and fries special on Mondays for $6.99, so that's what I ordered. I asked what came on it and... Sawatdee used to have multiple locations in Minneapolis.  I had only ever been to the location in uptown.  This was my first venture to the location in... Great atmosphere. Excellent location. Awesome food and dining experience. My new favorite! Also, they just opened the adjacent Porter Cafe for breakfast and... Funnily enough, the hotel bar aspect of the Stone Arch bar actually might help in some ways, because the food they're serving is coming out of the same... Delicious food and excellent service make for the perfect dining experience! When we arrived, we were asked if it was our first time. Upon hearing it was,... This place is definitely known for their lunch combo deals! What I usually order for lunch combo will be their hot udon w/ mountain veggie and the spicy... You walk in you've been transported to like Cabo or Cancun. It's a fresh modern vibe, a lot people meeting in groups for 2-3, coworker happy hour, girls... I had Fire Breather cater lunch for my company this afternoon and boy was that delicious! They really take care of you and are friendly and nice. Came in for a seminar that was being held at Angelina's.   It's well decorated with an open kitchen and a large bar in the center of the restaurant.  ....We... Came by Wednesday night with my girlfriends. Cucina is located at the back of the Irvine Spectrum mall across from the Edwards theatre, next to Tender... I love this place. Very nice size portions, quality fish, and a really great staff led by Master Poke Technician Sunny. I love coming here. Great atmosphere... Love all their dishes!!! The rolls are super fresh and delicious! My favorites are Sunset roll, Sashimi platter 2, Cod misoyaki, stuffed jalapeno and... I don't even remember this place that well. It was wholly unremarkable.....Here is what I do remember. I remember getting chowder fries and those were... I think it's a good sign when a place is packed with locals and the day we stopped by Le Jue de l'Oie it was full (which I hear is the usual case at lunch)...
