I contact Amazon and they saw there was no tracking info and they attempted to contact the seller by phone no answer. I sent another message to the seller requesting my mo eye back on 2/14 and 2/15 still no response. They refused to allow me to provide proof of the charges and kept saying that they didnt debit my card but these additional purchases caused my initial purchases to be declined because my bank flagged them as a potentially fraudulent transaction and denied them. A few minutes later I received a potential fraudulent purchase email from my bank. If they will treat a frequent purchasing Prime member in this manner no one is exempt. In the past they also sent me products that I did not order. Please be aware of all purchases made by this company. Exiting Prime member. The promotion they give you is only able to be used for overpriced items that are sold and shipped by Amazon. What a way to keep your stocks up. Im sure based on what they pay wholesale for these items that it cost them nothing to mess up our orders. Of course there is more to the story but this new Amazon... sucks so bad. Luckily the product is fabulous but their shipping is horrible and customer service people sound like they are in a foreign country just taking abuse from Amazons pissed off customers. It was one mistake after another. Anyway she said it would arrive on Tuesday so I went to sleep. Woke up on Tuesday and my account still said not shipped. It arrived on Wednesday and the worst part was is now UPS handed my package to my neighbor who was walking in the bldg. I was home. How does UPS not know that this neighbor was a thief or had good intentions. At least this guy was honest and gave me my package but what if history had repeated. Purchased 3 items off Amazon Deal of the day. One item was a portable phone charger for 19.99. 2 day prime shipping. The next day I noticed a charge of 32.99 on my credit card from Amazon. Called Amazon and was told when I purchased the item it must have been out of stock so another more expensive was substituted. Amazon said it was normal for them to do so. They refused to cancel the order or refund my . So for the 20 dollars extra they have now lost a prime customer. My will never ever be spent at Amazon again. Since I only purchase from Amazon 2 or maybe 3 times a year I opted not to pay the 120 (with tax) prime fee this year. Needless to say Amazon made sure I suffered for that. Placed my order for a set of 6 furnace filters almost 6 days ago and still has not shipped. States shipping todayfor past 2 days. Today I tried to cancel my order and received an email that it was too late to cancel. Still sitting there and has not shipped. This will be my last effort with Amazon.
