This is a true story:

A short time ago, my friend Mike went to grab his cellphone when he noticed a few missed calls from his mother and a text message that simply said...

"Please call me as soon as possible"

Sensing something was wrong, he called back right away, and when he did...he received the {horrible|terrible] news:

His grandmother, a huge part of his childhood and a second mother to him, had not only had a massive heart attack a few hours before...

...after arriving at the emergency room, she literally died twice on the stretcher before the doctors and nurses were finally able to get her stabilized.

As with almost every heart attack sufferer, there's a good chance she never even expected such a horrible experience to happen to her.

And like most, she probably assumed that if it did, she'd know it by numbness in her arm or a sudden jolt of pain in her chest.

But guess what?

There are actually three other odd signs a heart attack may be about to strike, and since heart attacks kill one person every 90 seconds in America, I want to share these warning signs with you now so you know them.

After all, minutes matter when it comes to a heart attack and saving your life or someone you love.

#1: A feeling of unexplainable anxiety and impending doom. Your body is hardwired to protect vital systems in your body, so when things are about to turn bad, you can often sense it.

#2: Shortness of breath. You're fine one second, but then as your heart stops getting the blood and oxygen it needs, you're struggling to to breathe.

#3: Feeling nauseous and sweating profusely. How many folks do you think assumed they ate some bad food or were out of shape to explain feeling uneasy, and then not long after, found themselves clutching their chest when a heart attack strikes?

You've probably been lead to believe you can only avoid a heart attack if you have great genetics or are able to shun away all the foods you love to eat.

I have traveled the country a lot over the last 10 year and I always seek out the best little pubs in town. I believe that I have stumbled across a unicorn... Enid has very few upscale restaurants and out of all of them this is my favorite. ..The ambiance is wonderful, with deep red walls, cozy tables that are all... We were in Cherokee for a doctor's appointment then were going to OKC.  On the way out of town we stopped at this restaurant for lunch.  It was great!... The food is delicious and fresh; best Chinese takeout in town!  The menu is pretty large for the size of the place.  I don't believe they offer delivery... I've gone to the Flamingo about 20 times in my life, and every time I go, it's never a bad time. When you walk in, you're greeted by the sight of an old,... There is something insanely comforting about this place. It reminds me of the type of place my Nebraskan grandparents would take me to when I was a kiddo I... I love the PHO here.  Always good service. I can't speak for the whole menu but if you like PHO this is a great place. After tasting a sampling of creative appetizers at a catered function for a group meeting in Downtown Enid, we decided to see what the rest of the menu was... One of my favorite places to go for dinner when we come to town to visit my family. ....The stuffed mushrooms are great and although I typically don't enjoy... On our 50 by 50 roadtrip we had to stop in Deadwood and see the wild west...We read about here and the wild game sounded great...We started with the wild boar... Killians has great food and a great beer selection on tap. Sitting at the bar is fun for drinks and some appetizers. It has a laid-back pub feel that's cozy... Great food,great music. The food was exceptional, our waitress was very good. The music was the right volume to be able to have a conversation at your table... BEST BREAKFAST in the Black Hills!!! Everything appears to be made from scratch \u0026 it's obvious they use the highest quality ingredients.  ....If you like... Tested yelp reviews on a long drive and hit the jackpot. This is excellent sourdough pizza, well worth the stop. Very filling and satisfying meal for a fair... Wow. Nice! It is a bar, so it's loud with loud music, but not an alcoholics bar. Comfortable but the real high point was the pizza and salads. We had the... The owner was great. ..Wife got 1 egg, 1 pancake, 1 sausage and rice. ..I got the 3 egg, 3 pancakes, 3 sausage and rice. ..She was breaking in a new chef, he... Sirloin with blue cheese dressing and buffalo chili; yummy! The best! Split it with my wife for a late supper. Wonderful wait staff. Lots of historic...
