OK.  Having been told by Nora that she did not see the call for vote of 
Mar 4, and then she tells me that nearly everyone else has also reported 
not getting it ... guskant asks me to repeat the call for vote amending 
it to reflect one added candidate and of course changing the end date. 
So the following is an edit of the original message.

mukti's Treasurer's report is accepted without objection, along with all 
other reports that were made.  Thomas Porter has been accepted as a new 
voting member, and may vote in the Board election.

All current members of the Board have indicated that they wish to 
continue on the Board.  Thomas Porter also added his name as a 
candidate, and at the same time asked what being a Board member 
entailed; I suggested that he read the Bylaws.

You may vote for individuals, or for the current Board as a slate, as 
you prefer.  There are 8 candidates, and at most seven can be elected. 
The top 3 (plurality) and any others getting votes from more than half 
of those who vote (up to 7) will be elected.

If you have already voted, and do not wish to change your vote to 
account for the added candidate, there is no need to revote.  If you 
want to vote for Thomas Porter and did not, you may revote, and I will 
take the last received vote - but make sure you vote for no more than 7

I will hold voting open until end of day next Sunday (19 March), unless 
everyone has voted before then.

I think that there are 25 members, so 13 votes for any of the above 
assuredly constitutes a majority (though it is best if everyone votes). 
Only 11 of you cast votes in response to the first call, so hopefully 
more of you will now vote.

I did not myself explicitly vote last time, no let me remedy that now, 
and vote for the current Board slate to be re-elected.
