Not long ago, my buddy Mike went to grab his cellphone when he noticed a few missed calls from his mother and a text message that simply said...

"Please call me as soon as possible"

Sensing something was wrong, he called back right away, and when he did...he received the {horrible|terrible] news:

His grandmother, a huge part of his childhood and a second mother to him, had not only had a massive heart attack a few hours before...

...after arriving at the emergency room, she literally died twice on the stretcher before the doctors and nurses were finally able to get her stabilized.

As with almost every heart attack sufferer, there's a good chance she never even expected such a horrible experience to happen to her.

And like most, she probably assumed that if it did, she'd know it by numbness in her arm or clenching chest pain.

But guess what?

There are actually three other odd signs a heart attack may be about to strike, and since heart attacks kill one person every 90 seconds in America, I want to share these warning signs with you now so you know them.

After all, minutes matter when it comes to a heart attack and saving your life or someone you love.

#1: A feeling of unexplainable anxiety and impending doom. Your body is hardwired to protect vital systems in your body, so when things are about to turn bad, you can often sense it.

#2: Shortness of breath. You're fine one second, but then as your heart stops getting the blood and oxygen it needs, you're struggling to to breathe.

#3: Feeling nauseous and sweating profusely. How many folks do you think assumed they ate some bad food or were out of shape to explain feeling uneasy, and then not long after, found themselves clutching their chest when a heart attack strikes?

You've probably been lead to believe you can only avoid a heart attack if you have great genetics or are able to shun away all the foods you love to eat.

Place was packed for a mid Sunday afternoon so that tells you a little about how popular the place... Was traveling for work and stumbled upon the fiesty Greek. It was quality food and a decent price for the gyro combo. It was nice to see they offer green... What a beautiful restaurant! The staff here is as incredible as their other location in Mansfield Trattoria Della Nonna. The food is amazing at both... This place is great for brunch, dinner, happy hour--you name it! I've been here for all three and have had fabulous service every time. As soon as you walk... I love coming to the Hollywood Roadhouse. I have never had a bad experience the food is always on point and there are so many different tap to chiose and so... Food is more 2 stars, but it is a step up from Taco Bell.....Menu selection is huge and prices are reasonable. There are so many different combinations... Good little sandwich shop. (didn't buy any meats, since I am from out of town) Came with a team to get a pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and chips... Amazing service and food. We came here for lunch after looking at another places menu and realizing that it was probably not the best for her severe dairy... My favorite place to eat in Waconia. Not fancy, but has  good food, good variety and good prices. The staff is friendly and always makes me feel welcome. Stopped in after baseball for a quick drink and some grub. We had a group of 8 and the gal that waited on us wasn't even supposed to be working that night.... Wow! The service was amazing and the food was out of this world. The price was amazing. The food was incredible. ....I had the mikes melt and it was to die... This place is a great neighborhood restaurant. The food and service are great and we've never had a problem finding a table to eat.....I love their lamb... This was a fortunate find!!! It's off the main street but its decorated building called to me. ....The garlic shrimp was so yummy. Tons of garlic and butter... This is by far the best little Mexican restaurant on the island. It's small, hot and limited seating but way worth it. They even have a walk up window. Best... The best Hawaiian food! ..Love the squid luau and kalua pig here! ....Pretty frustrating to see tourist reviews on here, critiquing Hawaiian food?! This place is AWESOME!  Celiac friendly! Wait staff is highly knowledge of gluten allergy and ingredients in each dish. ....Hidden gem  in Kailua with great... Ai Love Nalo is my favorite place to eat on Oahu when I'm home from school. As a vegan living in Hawaii, it can be a little difficult to find healthy and... A MAJOR factor that comes into my reviews is always service, and Brant knows what that's all about. ....He not only is very welcoming and pleasant when you...
