Just outside Yellowstone entrance.  3 of us had Buffalo sirloin steak which was fantastically cooked to order.  It came with cinnamon squash, toasted bread... I'm sure this place is great but be warned - they close at some point for the winter.  Yelp showed they were open but when we got there today there was a... Incredible food! We were provided with exceptional service!..I can't even begin to describe how amazing our bison was but the server was very knowledgeable... A little back story first. ....My wife and I ate at the Rib \u0026 Chop in Sheridan and she ordered the Lamb Chops w/ Mint Jelly. Brought the meal out and asked... I had the jalape\u00f1o burger and it was delicious. We also had the Osaka rolls and the presentation of the dish was above than what I expected. All the prices... This may be the first time in forty years as a Texan that I have eaten BBQ outside of Texas. I mean, really, when you're in Perdido Key, FL, or New Orleans... I think I ate the best burger of my life here last night. I am not exaggerating. the key is that they start with local Montana beef from the Lazy SR Ranch,... Start to finish, excellent cocktail variety, yummy small plates, delicious entrees and heavenly desserts. Our service by Corinne(sp?)was excellent, as... Best pizza I've had in a restaurant this side of the Mississippi!! Fabulous staff and great atmosphere. A must when entering or leaving Yellowstone! I can not speak for the food because I live in Rhode Island and have not had the chance to eat here on previous trips to Texas due to the fact I had never... I started off skeptical as the wait staff was all kids (under 25), but as the drinks and the appetizers came out things got better and better.  Our waitress... An absolute East Texas gem! I only wish I had eaten here earlier in the week I was in Nacadoches for work because I would have probably come here every... Nice ambience. Good selection of food with excellent presentation and enjoyed the music and happy hour prices. A good stop while traveling through. Thanks Yelp for the tip!  ....Lunch special runs through 3 PM. We wanted to have a nice dinner on Valentine's Day so I came across this... Ordered take out to eat back in my room.  Ordered Guacamole Dip( had almonds and blue cheese chunks in it).
