We made a return trip to Peralta's yesterday for lunch as we stopped in Grand Saline to visit family.  Another great experience!  The service here is so... Best dining atmosphere we found in the area, great food and prices. It even smells good from the parking lot! Had a buffalo burger from the Dairy Palace today and boy was it good. Got there around noon, there was no wait, the lady that took our order was friendly... Oh my. Well. Here's the deal. On a few occasions we have arrived late to eat. Normally I wont go anywhere that closes in 30 minutes from when I arrive. ..We... So yummy. Adorable decor, devious southern comfort food.
