Service was so quick and all... 5-Star ratings are to be rendered when a restaurant is \"as good as it gets.\" I don't believe that you will find a Taqueria with a higher level of quality... I have tried two other Chinese restaurants in El Paso and by far this one is the best of the three. The decor is not much and I did not per take of the...
