We ordered two carnita plates. Definitely unique carnitas, they were slow cooked then deep fried so they were ultra crispy. The guac was tasty, rice was... I've only recently become acquainted with Piggy Pat's, but I have really enjoyed the multiple trips I've made here for food and live music.....Piggy Pat's... As I opened my recently purchased pizza box, my eyes puked in disgust and I exited the room. This is due to the half piece of pepperoni that made its way... The owners are sisters that are as nice as can be,..The upside-down pizza fills me up with glee...The prices are good and the specials are too,..This new pizza... My wife and I have been regulars at Packy's for 20+ years - they are consistent if nothing else, and the fish fry on Friday's has made up most of our visits... I went here with my boss while in town on business.  The food and service is excellent and the decor is very nice too.  Whomever owns this business know to... Ordered a few random items that were all so good.  The Lamb Coconut made my night. The portion size was pretty big but, I wouldn't call that a bad thing.... I ate here 3 years ago when I was traveling on business and it was excellent then...Since, I was in the area again, about a week ago i stopped in to eat...It... Finally made it to this location after reading about it and having an employee recommend it. The food is superb. I had the kimchi fries as a starter... I love this restaurant.
