A short time ago, my friend Mike went to grab his cellphone when he noticed a few missed calls from his mother and a text message that simply said...

I love the history behind the building. ..Yum yums are always delish. But last time I wish the portion has been larger that came with my burger. ..Service can... This is the perfect place for a group of friends to re-unite, enjoy some adult beverages and an amazing meal. The menu featured crab cakes with giant chunks... Haven't been back here in ten years.  They have expanded the the dining room into several other rooms in the building.  There are four of us in the party... I had not eaten here since 2001 when I moved out of the area.  Today, now living near Salem, I was anxious to find out if one particular item was still on... A beautiful old mansion well maintained inside and out, with excellent food.  We enjoyed ourselves very much. Prob the best place in alliance to go out to eat at excellent service with good food and can't really beat that little pricey but most steak houses are... This was my first visit to the Guilford Lake Grill.  I arrived around 12:30 pm on a Wednesday.  I never saw another food customer during the hour I spent... The Best! Staff is awesome and so is the food. Such a great place to go and enjoy. ..Dueling pianos night is a blast...The owners are so generous and always... We searched out this place for lunch on a weekday.  We had a discount deal we had purchased from some vendor of same that required a $25 purchase, and we... Staff was super friendly.  We had the sunrise burger and this prosciutto burger and they were amazing.  Get the house season fries and the beer cheese.... Great bar and great food in my hometown! Asiago chicken was great. Marinara is sweeter than normal but still yummy. Solid bourbon selection! ....I'll be back! Fried green tomatoes are as good as I have ever had. Wait staff was competent but by no means friendly.
