I'd heard good things about Back 40 after the move from dive biker bar to casual dining restaurant. Somehow Heber has pretty much just been a place to pass... Prior to visiting Park City, I had some (mis)conceptions that this tourist-town is mainly what it portrays itself to be. World class ski slopes but also... We just got home from one of the best dinners we have ever enjoyed. ..We sat at the chef's table and started with an appetizer assortment that was as... Went after being refused at coal and lumber at 9pm on Saturday. Some people on our shuttle mention Fletcher's. What a blessing. Had great service from... Our last meal at Utah was at High West saloon. Honestly, we came here because the one place we wanted to go opens late, but we did not regret coming here.... WOW what a great place to enjoy a family like environment and great quality food.  Food was very fresh and hot when it arrived to our table.....Staff is very... This place blew my mind. The gourmet quality of the food you get for your money here is absolutely insane. The sweet potato hash, the steak, mushroom... We just had the most amazing overall dining experience. Service was first class in the friendliest way. Food was fantastic and the fact that it was all... This was a fantastic dinner.  The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Two of us split the charcuterie an app and a dinner.  It was plenty of food.  And... Food is always hot and made to order. The prices are higher but you pay for what you get! Service is great as well! The lovely Samantha served us the Ribeye and it was bigger and thicker than expected. The steak was Lightly seasoned so you can enjoy the high quality... Good chicken and milkshakes. Have ate here passing through a few times. They have good breakfast too. Bathroom is usually clean as well. I found this place completely by accident and have loved it ever since!  This restaurant is a small deli type restaurant with soups and homemade desserts.... This place has the most delicious soul food, that's served fresh and hot to order!!! Great experience! Will definitely be back! 4.5 Stars ( It is better than 4, but not quite 5) . Food was good and fresh, even though we came in after the lunch crowd at 1pm. Sort of pricey at a little... Great food and nice people don't try to get in a hurry at lunch time this is a small town and not very many places to choose from when it comes to eating... Food was good. Service was great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good ole country kitchen experience. Im sorry man.. But idgaf what nobody says... Thid place is firee... The food is good as hell..
