I don't know the legal answer to this, and would like it clarified here and=
 to the board if anyone knows the answer, or whom to ask at least=2E

One issue that saying they do not need approval or even the notice include=
d raises is what is and is not official=2E It becomes even more important i=
f/when a new version such as this becomes part of the online CLL offerings =
as they are generally considered to be official and therefore approved=2E
