(TMZ)  Here's what Gwen Stefani told Ellen about Blake (Sheldon)'s dramatic body makeover.

"Blake is a busy guy, I mean he barely has enough time for me, so to shed 35 or so lbs in a month... I couldn't believe it!"

Gwen went on to explain what Blake was and is using to achieve his body transformation. "I did ask him about it because he got so thin so fast I was concerned he was doing something illegal. He showed me what he was taking and I was stunned. He doesn't even go to the gym and he keeps getting in better shape."

Blake Shelton isn't the only one who is seeing the positive effects of this new slim down secret. Hollywood star Khloe Kardashian shocked the world after dropping 24 lbs in  20 days with the new supplement. "I Couldn't believe how quickly I saw the effects.. and the fact that I could eat whatever I want when I want and still lose!" said Khloe as we spoke with her after the VMA's. Other celebrities like Melissa McCarthy and John Goodwin have used it and had incredible success.

According to a new study from researchers at Georgetown University Medical Center, men and women who took the supplement for 8 weeks lost an average of 16.9 LBS, without special meals or exercise. Another study published in Nutrition Research found that people taking the extract dropped an average of 6.1 percent of their bodyweight, including 12.7 percent of their bodyfat - with zero side effects.

As I sit here eating leftovers for breakfast, I'd like to let the chef know that he is a dangerous man. Because the quality of the food that was served last... We had a very tasty breakfast. I can only judge based on pancakes, crisp waffle, and fat, cute link sausages.They had a wonderful crunch on the outside.... Great food and great service! Just ordered from them for the first time today. The owner rung me up for my order...he was so friendly! I ordered the... This was insanely amazing!! We wish we lived closer to this place! In fact, next time we would even go out of our way to eat here!  Drinks, superb! Food was... I love dining at The Arch...it is a quaint restaurant in a quiet setting in Brewster. My husband and I dine there anytime we need a 'unplug and relax'... Great service, nice view out back (even on a rainy day), and the food was awesome. I had a boneless pork chop on special over potatoes and vegetables.... Love this pace. Best if both worlds.  Classic neighborhood pizzeria and fine Italian dining in the restaurant.  John and Paul take the time to know everyone... Nostalgia at its finest. Standard food (burgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken, etc) and good ice cream. ....Remember to bring CASH since they don't accept cards.... Met up with a friend and fellow sous chef for lunch here and had a great time!    We didn't know what to expect,  but after looking at their menu online we... I'm back in Hastings visiting my parents, and we came here for dinner tonight.  Wow.  The food here is just as good as any I've had in the bigger cities... Takes me back to the Bay Area. Phenomenal pho. Love it and try and hit it up every time I'm in GI. This landmark does not disappoint at their brunch  and lunch hour salad bars. Menu items can be questionable but have had more hits than misses!   ....You can... We had a great time... The service was great and the waitress was fun..  The steaks were cooked to our liking...  They food was good the drinks were poured... I was driving through Nebraska and didn't want to stop at a random chain along the highway; I much prefer to go through small towns and get food at local... The best tacos in town! The hot sauce is VERY hot, so beware. We love both the chicken and beef tacos. They use double tortillas, so the tacos aren't... Love love love this place!  I have never had a bad dish!   Great service!   I would go just for the house made hot sauce, avocado salad and queso.  Best... Had the opportunity to eat here a few time while in town. They have great steaks and a very friendly staff. Make sure you gets a salad, they do a great job...
