Do you mean the text on the front page of the new website,
announcement on the current mediawiki, or something else?

My last motion included the following text, in which I did not suggest
any new text for the new website, but for the current mediawiki:

If the motion is adopted, I will write any text required, but the text
needs to be approved by LLG members before being put in public.

I would suggest using jekyll on github.
