So as the meeting is on...

I hereby ask the members to clarify the rules BPFK stick to.

I asked a question in BPFK group
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/bpfk-list/jqVDF5z9LqA
and got no response.

The question was about revising proposed changes to the text of CLL.
What is more, some of the changes (available to be viewed at
https://github.com/lojban/cll/milestone/12) were approved by 3 people
(including me) that are all probably members of BPFK.

I don't know what's needed to make those changes official. Are three people
enough? 2 people? 1 people with 0 disapprovals?
Who is in charge of pushingapproved changes into the master branch?

Notice that the previous version was published without any voting.

So here are my questions.
1. What are the rules BPFK stick to?
2. How proposed changes to CLL are made official?

P.S. The proposed changes are mostly correcting mistypes but that's of no
importance.
