What a great place to stop after driving for so long. I keep things light and simple when traveling so I got a BLT and my Wife got a Club sandwich which... Ah the town of Baker where travelers make their obligatory stop typically to and fro Las Vegas. Let's face facts, if you're not here for alien jerky, gas,... Best. Steak Quesadilla. Ever.....I'm not kidding.  My friend and I detoured from Palm Springs to here for lunch.  We've been here before.  Great atmosphere... THE CLASSIC STOP ON THE WAY TO VEGAS!....Been going to Mad Greek for many years. It's a ritual to stop on the way to Vegas and slam down some gyros, baklava... We discovered this place during our road trip to Grand Canyon in I 40 in middle of nowhere. The place was no frills but the food was simply awesome home... What? Vegan options? Really?  How unexpected...and eclectic. Kinda like hippie meets cowboy. I like that.....I was charmed by the menu... written in a... As good as it gets along the long, lonely road to Vegas.  Great burgers, free pool and cold beer.....Forego Bun Boy in Baker for Jimbos for a change! This place has the most excellent food in 29 palms. That isn't hard to considering the area, however this place would still be a hit if it was in a busier... Absolutely amazing service from Harmony last night. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not rush us at all. Our cocktails were delicious! ..My boyfriend... Excellent stakes. I love the mesquite grilled taste. The endless fresh baked rolls are delicious. I have eaten at many stake houses in Texas, but none that... A little difficult to locate at first. It is behind and to the northwest of BEALS, off of Hobart. Sign was not easily seen from street or parking lot. ..Well... Let's begin like this... This is PAMPA TX...I don't know what these other posters were expecting. ..18,000 people. Small semi-sleepy old Panhandle of Texas... This is an unexpected gem in Pampa.  Delicious sushi at a fair price in a clean restaurant that is great for some quick food or great for a dinner with friends. Every time I've gone there are hardly any customers. The drive thru is pretty slow, but the food is good! Good selection on the buffet and they keep it pretty fresh. My personal fav is the peanut butter chicken! Servers are attentive to drinks and clearing... Dyer's is pretty good bbq.  It is the only place I tried while visiting Pampa on business, and we went for lunch...I will say the service was good and fast,...
