So went back again and it was a bit busier but the service was outstanding and the food just as good so I'm upgrading my four stars to five. Huge improvement to the food! Service was slow but I am not sure if this is just there lax style or because of the 5pm shift change. It took 20-30 minutes... Herschel's for breakfast, you can't go wrong !..I had 3 eggs over easy , with biscuits, bacon, sausage and hash browns...Very Good ..Service was great and my... Clean environment, good food, attentive wait staff, reasonable prices. Only one small negative salad... On our way back up north from San Antonio, escaping Hurricane Harvey, just off I-30, about 50 minutes west of Texarkana (TX or AR, doesn't really make much...
