I know nothing about doing publicity, but I think it would be a good = idea. I
enjoy jbonunsla, but the turnout in August 2015 was disappointing. Getting<= br> more new people interested in Lojban, some of whom would like to gather, wo= uld
be good.

Pierre

I also enjoy gatherings and believe they help the= community be somewhat more cohesive, Pierre, and would love there being mo= re as well the opportunity to attend. Having various sorts of official as w= ell as=C2=A0 simply recognized ones would make publicity easier as a flyer = or online equivalent could be placed out to bring people in and give them a= chance to discuss lojban in person. I am happy to create several boilerplate= pdf files for this purpose, though I apologize that I can only do them in = English. What ideas do any of you have for how to get materials to the best= people on campuses?

There has also been some talk of subsidies for people representing LLG and= the lojban community at events such as conventions.=C2=A0

Where nobody speaks fluent Lojban while p= eople who do speak fluent Lojban don't have such possibility? sorry bu = I oppose.

Excuse me. Are you saying that yo= u or other fluent speakers would like the opportunity to attend a lojban ga= thering, yet cannot, attend and present at a science fiction convention, ye= t cannot, or present before university groups, yet cannot? Are you objectin= g to possible subsidies? What is stopping lojban speakers from many parts o= f the world from any of these? It was impossible to understand which part o= f what I said you oppose.

The o= nly conventions with LLG members that come to my mind are Logfests.
If a fluent speaker wants to present Lojban at some event then (s)he sho= uld have more chances on getting subsidies.

As for finalizing materials like the dictionary that might make= sense.
