If you can use a= show stopping crowd magnet... this package can be used in department = stores, fabric stores, etc., to make clothing patterns for people who = come up and ask for them. COMBINATION OF EVENT PLANNING 'SHOWS' AND MAGAZINES, SPECIFIC CITIE= S, FOR WEDDINGS, BAR MITZVAHS Another one I have to give you some details to explain. But if you are= in the event planning, vendor to, or magazine business, this is a ver= y low priced way to enter these markets in the specific cities in whic= h this company operates. Profitable and will be sold for 2x NET... roughly $60,000. 8. PICTORAL HISTORY OF APPLE... Massive undertaking of a coffee table = book from first product to 2014, with cooperation of Steve Wozniak. Ca= n easily be updated to 2020 if new owner wants author to do so. Absolu= tely stunning, three pound presentation. Product and pub costs exceede= d $100,000. Strong seller when first came out in 2014 through 2016, no= minal since. Needs new marketing or updating but will do well again at= $75 retail price point or higher. (Apple did its own limited version for $300 retail and has since put i= t OOP. This book outsold and outlasted Apple's own efforts!) Asking $90,000 all rights, no royalty, OR $45,000 rights plus negotiab= le royalty. Update work negotiable. 9. Civil War Information Records Books. And what a treasure trove this= is. The publisher was finally able to give me a reasonably clean coun= t of the total number of titles, records of families, battles, chronol= ogies, you name it. So far we are up to about 1,500+ titles. Most digi= tal and a few physical. This is an opportunity to add to your Civil Wa= r line and to create/market over 1,500 eBooks if that is your thing. O= r, create and market over 1,500 physical. Bonus one is there are roughly 300 titles waiting to be 'produced' by = primary author, putting this deal at over 1,800 titles! Bonus two is t= hat of all these titles, only 500-600 of them have even been put up fo= r sale anywhere...and most of those within the last 12-18 months, so s= ales numbers are going to be preliminary at best. Inventory is close to $70K. Revenues are around $50K, net around $35K.= Asking on this one includes the value of having over 1,500 titles in = Civil War information and the potential inherent in physical and eBook= s... Asking $199,000. 10. ART REFERENCE PUBLISHER... Maybe the best known series brand of ar= t reference books in the world. Company is almost 60 years old and has= n't done any marketing in the last 27 years and is still doing nicely = on its name alone. New editions come out once or twice a year. Profita= ble even on a very part time basis. If you are in the art world, you k= now the brand and it would improve your stature to own this worldwide = well-known brand. Has been 'almost' sold more than once. It is the iss= ue of resolving the $500,000 cost inventory that seems to hold up a de= al.
