Bob and Karen,

I appreciate your efforts to reach me. I've all but abandoned my email =
address to spam, and as a result I didn't see your messages until today.

I updated Paypal with LLG's EIN. That seems to be all that was needed. I =
also transferred the balance (1,747.29) to the Wells Fargo account.

The Wells Fargo account asked me to reactivate it. I guess if we don't =
transact over a period of time, it goes dormant. Maybe we should pick a =
schedule for transferring from PayPal to avoid this in the future.

I also followed up on the IRS 990. Somehow I missed that in May. I filed =
tonight.

Virginia sales tax filings are already up to date.

I will be filing the annual corporate report by Monday. The new Virginia =
Clerk's site is a big improvement over the past site, and allows us to =
make changes to officers/directors/etc.

I will make another effort to clean up my inbox, but please feel free to =
