The Internal Revenue Service is accepting applications for the Tax Counseling for the Elderly an= d Volunteer Income Tax Assistance grant programs, which will allow some o= rganizations to apply for annual funding for up to three years.

Taxpayers have until July 27, = 2012 to request refunds.
