1. I have efiled the state corporation filing using the current Board 
(even though we have not yet had the annual meeting), so that we don't 
have to worry about the deadline.  There will be a $26 charge to the 
credit card presumably dated today.  They added some security questions, 
and I added the answers I created to the quarterly-books file on Google 
Drive, in case they ever ask them.

2. Pending our pu'ozi a'o granddaughter's birth, Nora and I will be out 
of town from tomorrow (6 Oct) until 14 Oct.  I don't know that either of 
us will be able to check email easily.  In case we need to be reached, 
our go-phone number is 703-380-5480, but we often don't have it on, and 
aren't sure how to check for messages.  To be really sure about getting 
us a message, call my daughter (Angela), whose number is 571-839-4038.
