"These individuals may be able to provide information to help in the investigation."The FBI is encouraging anyone with information to text or email BenghaziTips@ic.fbi.gov or submit information confidentially by going to https://forms.fbi.gov/benghazi.U.S. officials have struggled to track down and detain suspects ever since the attack, despite a pledge by President Obama immediately afterward that "justice will be done."One individual held in Tunisia was released by a judge in January. Sources told Fox News that the U.S. has actually identified the mastermind of the attack, who according to them is walking free in Libya, though that claim has not been confirmed publicly by federal officials. The FBI said it is asking "Libyans and people around the world" for information on the attacks, which k ns that we can more effectively communicate with targeted audiences of their constituents.Beyond comprehensive immigration reform, FWD.US also supports education reform and expanded scientific research, with other co-founders including Joe Green of NationBuilder and LinkedIns Reid Hoffman.Council for American Job Growth is led by Democratic strategists, but has a TV ad in which Alaska Sen. Mark Begich, a Democrat seeking 2014 re-election in a largely conservative state, supports drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The group Public Citizen argues that such support is surprising, pointing to a 2010 Greenpeace blog post in which Zuckerman tells Facebook followers that new offices in Oregon will go from coal to hydro power, adding were moving in the right direction here. They also cite an op-ed Zuckerberg wrote last month announcing the group in which he said the economy of the last century was primarily based on natural resources and a zero-sum situation in which if someone else had an oil field, then you did not.Credo has also taken its protest one step further by starting a campaign that calls on protesters to pledge to risk arrest if President Obama moves forward with a plan to approve the pipeline. The group says at least 60,000 people have already signed the pledge. ------=Part.463.3254.1381884079 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii Stone Wave Microwave Cooker - Cook Like A Pro In Your Microwave

MOSCOW Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry says it is cooperating with the United States in the case of two of its citizens arrested in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing.Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov were university friends of bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. They were charged Wednesday with attempting to destroy evidence by disposing of a backpack and laptop computer taken from his room after they found he was a suspect in the fatal bombing. On Thursday, the Kazakh foreign ministry issued a statement saying "Both Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov are cooperating with the investigative bodies and providing them assistance.""As we have repeatedly stressed, Kazakhstan strongly condemns any form of terrorism. The Kazakhstan side is cooperating with the U.S. law enforcement bodies in their investigation," the ministry said. President Barack Obama is seeking to refocus economic relations between the U.S. and Mexico, even as fresh questions about security cooperation threaten to cast a shadow over the president's visit to the southern neighbor.Obama also will use his three-day trip, which begins Thursday and includes a stop in Costa Rica, to highlight the immigration overhaul moving through Capitol Hill, both for an audience in Latin America and for those back home in the U.S.The president is scheduled to arrive Thursday afternoon in Mexico City for meetings with President Enrique Pena Nieto and members of Mexico's business community.Since taking office in December, Pena Nieto has moved to end the widespread access it gave U.S. security agencies helping fight drug trafficking and organized crime. The changes mark a dramatic shift from the policies of Pena Nieto's predecessor, Felipe Calderon, who was lauded by the U.S. for boosting cooperation between the two countries as he led an aggressive attack on Mexico's drug cartels. The White House has tried to downplay a potential rift, with officials emphasizing Mexico has kept the U.S. informed about the changes. Obama on Tuesday said he would wait to hear directly from his Mexican counterpart before assessing the changes.Despite the intense focus on security issues, Obama advisers say the president will try to show that the ties between the two countries are broader than the drug wars that defined the relationshi
