So in other words, everything pointed to EF5 but they stuck with high-end EF4 solely because the construction quality of the home wasn't definitively EF5-worthy. Construction quality is essential, but this is nonsense.

Anyhow, two other well-built brick veneer homes in the same area were also swept away in similar fashion. They were also considered for an EF5  but were rated high-end EF4 for the same reason. A little over a quarter of a mile to the northeast there was a concrete dome home reinforced with steel fiber and vertical rebar, and it was very near the center of the tornado's path. The two people inside sustained multiple injuries when the windows shattered and parts of the dome structure fractured and collapsed
