These discrepancies do not affect the results.

"Majority" means "majority of the legal votes cast" unless otherwise
stated: members must be voted in by a majority of the members, but the
same is not said for directors.

So 11 votes suffice to elect the above 7 directors, and Martinez-Lynch,
Balandin, Imani, LeChevalier, Rosta, Daniel, Paulssen stand elected.
Since we have one Virginian director, the legal requirements are
satisfied.
