I don't know why you need the detailed parts of arrows in tiny icons,
but as you requested, I have made another version of favicons with
larger arrows:

favicon.ico in those zip files are in three layers of 16x16, 32x32, 48x48.

You will see the arrows visible even in 16x16 format of this version.
