Linking doesn't belong here, for linking is just mechanized citation,
and the ability to cite any work, whether copyrighted or not, is
fundamental to a number of cultures: scholarly, legal, journalistic.
It would be like claiming that "See p. 35 of _The Hunt for Red October_,
U.S. Naval Institute Press (1978)" somehow infringed Clancy's copyright.
Which is absurd.

In my opinion, there is nothing that we need to do about hosting or
embedding,except perhaps to relicense everything under a CC-BY-SA license.
I would certainly have used one on the Red Book if they had existed
at that time.  The sole exception is the Lojban logo.  This is not a
trademark, because we don't use it very much in trade, but if we ever
want to do so, we will have to be able to police its uses.  I think a
policy of requiring a license for use, but granting them liberally with
no more than an email, would suffice.
