A bit of bookkeeping on membership and participation while we=92re on extra=
 time.

21 of 23 LLG members responded to the roll call. With Karen and Curtis, LLG=
 now has 25 members. =


There are 9 members who responded to roll call but have not participated in=
 the Board election:
