I needed Lojban scope for that. "I'm glad" was intended to refer to the 
entire sentence, including the conjunction.

That of course is not the real problem, but rather that we haven't come 
up with a better way to hold an international business meeting, and have 
it actually seem like a "meeting"

Maybe that is better undertaken by the new Board, which is smaller and 
perhaps could act more quickly and decisively.

mukti would be good, but he has been busy with real life lately. And we 
have a history of dumping too much work on the Secretary (one reason I 
would like to have us find a Vice President who is willing to take on 
more work and serve as a community leader).

The sooner the meeting is over, the sooner we can start the new Board, 
and then prepare and start the NEW meeting for 2016.  We are still 
trying to finish 2015's meeting.
