Great.  Good subs. Friendly service.  A terrific local spot and so great to have on this side of Andover. Usually I'm really opposed to chain restaurants. The 99 blows all other chains away - it has always been and will always be one of my favorite places to eat... So I had heard from people that since one of my favorite go to American Italian restaurants had closed, to try this place. So we did.....No lines no waiting... LOVE this spot!....I find myself here several times a month.  I have tried so many items: massaman curry (my favorite!), spicy duck, chicken noodle soup,... Great salads. Really nice lamb. Lamb sliders are a favorite. Seating inside and outside, very nice in a warm day. ....We eat here often, and are always... They don't take reservations so if it is a peak time be prepared to wait up to an hour or more.  However the reason for the long wait times are justified.... Went here for the first time last night for dinner. Got Pad Thai and it was really good. Admittedly my taste judgement might have been a bit blurred by the... After visiting several times I can still say that I'm a fan.  the Lobster bisque is delicious and the Cod Beignets (although sounds intimidating) are cripsy... My family and I hosted a Christening for my daughter in the Wine Room this past Saturday, and it was a fantastic afternoon. The private rooms upstairs are... ORDER THE WHISKEY CHICKEN!!!!!!! We were visiting Bend and stayed in Prineville. Our hotel recommend this spot. So good! Also it was super busy. They asked... Loved it! Casual atmosphere and friendly people. Service was A+ from start to finish. Husband and I shared the rib sampler plate and they were kind enough... I love this place!!  The food is tasty, always hot, and the prices fair. I love to sit at the umbrella shaded tables while I eat.  The area is so nicely... I have ate here many times over the years.. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The food is just average to OK. But I eat here when I work... Pretty good people, and really good food.....The deserts are pretty good also! I'd go back We came here after golf and maybe they didn't have great service before but we had excellent customer service.  Our waitress was sweet, attentive, and... Being a vegetarian and traveling through Eastern Oregon isn't always easy.  However, I was grateful that Ochoco Brewing Company was willing to de-chicken my... Okay so I was hovering between 3 and four stars on this one.  We went there last week and I ordered the seafood chimichanga,   I didn't even make it out of... Definitely a great place to eat.
