Greetings from Fulfillment by Amazon

Last month the FBA team had the privilege of hearing from a group of Amazon sellers who took the time to travel to our Seattle offices and share their experiences. With this valuable first-hand feedback, all of us at FBA are able to better focus our ongoing efforts to build programs and features that will help make your lives easier and your Amazon businesses thrive.

We’re listening, and we hope you continue to speak your mind, because this direct feedback only helps us to get better.

FBA Learns From Sellers at Seattle Conference

On January 16, 2014, we invited six sellers to visit the FBA team in Seattle, Wash., and participate in a day of panel discussions and breakout sessions.

Throughout the course of the day, our guests shared with us how FBA helps their businesses. More importantly, they told us where our service needs improvement. Our sellers shared anecdotes and examples of everyday obstacles and ideas for ways to grow their businesses, from shipment creation and inventory receiving to demand forecasting and analytics—and they challenged the FBA team to solve them.

How you can send us feedback

One of our core principles at Amazon is “Customer Obsession,” and for the FBA team, sellers are our customers. While we can’t sit down with every individual seller in person, we’re always listening to you. Here are some of the ways you can send us your thoughts on how we’re doing:

  • On many tools in Seller Central, we ask you to “Rate this page” with a numeric rating and any comments.
  • We conduct surveys on a regular basis to better understand your needs and level of satisfaction with FBA.
  • With some of our major changes, such as the recent U.S. fee change announcement, we provide an email address where you can tell us what you think. But even if we don't, you can always search our Help pages or contact Seller Support if you have any concerns.
  • You can also voice your opinion by participating in discussions in the Amazon Services Seller Forums. (sign-in required)
