No one seems to have attempted minutes.  We've seen Robin's financial 
report.

I can estimate the number of CLLs remaining.  I have full 13 boxes with 
either 16 or 20 books in each.  Amazon has 40 books just received from 
me.  Matt has a couple of boxes from when he was doing fulfillment.  So 
I would estimate that there are at least 250 books remaining, and 
probably 300.

I waited extra time, since Robin was participating, in hopes that he 
would have time to issue reports on other topics besides the finances 
that he is leading.

I've seen no report on the certification group that Pierre was asking 
about.  As best I can tell looking at old records, he and Matt were 
co-chairs, and Matt had to drop out, so Pierre is the most likely person 
to report, if there is anything to be reported.

Reports will continue to be accepted through the meeting, but it will be 
hard to discuss topics without knowing the current status.

I think we have 15 members indicating presence.  I haven't seen Jorge, 
Stephen Weeks, Mark Shoulson, Jay Kominek.

I am not inclined to recommend removal of any of these for inactivity at 
this point, but a motion is in order.

I call for any proposed new members.  Nominations are in order. 
Non-members who are present can speak for themselves (which will 
indicate their presence).  If you wish to nominate someone who is not 
present, we have to determine if they really want to be a member, which 
among other things requires being present at the meeting.

I will try to respond reasonably promptly to call a vote on any proposed 
new members, with the object of starting the Board election on Sunday.

If any of the current Board members is NOT seeking reelection, please 
speak up.  If anyone not on the Board wants to serve, please speak up. 
If there is objection to voting on the Board as a slate (thus requiring 
individual voting), please speak up.  (If there are more candidates than 
slots, this will happen anyway.)
