Sex is much rarer among younger teens. Likewise, older teens have a higher pregnancy rate, but that study also counted more than 110,000 pregnancies among 15- and 16-year-olds in 2008 alone.Contraception advocates see a double standard. No one is carded when buying a condom, but under the FDA's decision they would have to prove their age when buying a pill to prevent pregnancy if that condom breaks."This isn't a compromise. This is wrong," said Cynthia Pearson of the National Women's Health Network.Social conservatives were outraged by the FDA's move to lower the age limits for Plan B -- as w extremist groups in Syria are playing," Little said. "We understand the dynamics that that creates."He said the U.S. has to also look beyond any move to bring an end to the Assad regime, and work with allies on what a post-Assad Syria would look like.Dempsey, however, also noted that during these difficult fiscal times, the U.S. military could do whatever was needed or ordered in Syria, but would likely require supplemental funding in order to sustain any operations over time. He said the military options are ready, although he has not yet been ordered to take any action.Obama has said all military options are on the table, but there has been little appetite for putting U.S. military boots on the ground in Syria. ------=Part.627.8981.1390685438 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii

Shown here are images released by the FBI of people wanted for questioning in connection with the Benghazi attack.FBIWhite House Press Secretary Jay Carney, deflecting criticism over the Libya terror attack, argued Wednesday that "Benghazi happened a long time ago."But despite the nearly eight months that have elapsed since then, the FBI is only now producing photos of individuals they'd like to bring in for questioning. The release of the grainy images comes as the House plans another Benghazi hearing next week. It also comes after Fox News reported that U.S. officials have identified the mastermind of the attack, who according to sources is walking free in Libya.Coincidence? Yes, according to the FBI.An FBI spokesman said the bureau had long been moving toward publishing the images, and denied any connection between recent media coverage of Benghazi and the release."Our plan to publicize these photos was in the works for weeks," the spokesman said. It's unclear how long the bureau had the images, and whether it kept them private for investigative reasons. No names were given in connection with the individuals shown in the latest pictures. In its statement, the FBI claimed the individuals were at the U.S. compound when it was attacked on Sept. 11."We are seeking information about three individuals who were on the grounds of the U.S. Special Mission when it was attacked," the FBI said in the statement. "These individuals may be able to pro MADRID Police say they have arrested 30 suspects who allegedly smuggled drugs into Spain through the southern coast using boats and jet skis. The Interior Ministry said Thursday that the gang used fishing and recreational boats to carry drugs from Morocco to rendezvous points in the Mediterranean Sea. Once there, hashish was transferred to couriers on jet skis. The ministry said the organization, led by an Italian resident in Spain, laundered its profits using a catering business in the Sierra Nevada region.Police say they seized 488 kilograms (1,075 pounds.) of hashish, 11 vehicles, three ships and two firearms worth an estimated 3.3 million euros ($4.3 million).
