FREEDOM MONTH

April is Freedom Month in South Africa! So, this month’s newsletter focuses on freedom at work – if your organisation hasn’t started thinking about it, now might be the perfect time.

Freedom is essential to individual happiness and success. It can take different forms at differnet stages of life. For some, freedom is defined in financial terms, for others, in the right to determine their working conditions.
