I am using them for some Christmas gifts and I need to get it off of about 12 bottles. I am having a heck of a time with it I have tried the adhesive remover wipes you get at the pediatrician's office to remove bandaids from little one's arms, I have also tried acetone based nail polish remover (which works to melt the adhesive and then it dries really fast and they are still sticky). I even tried the adhesive eraser from Stampin' Up which didn't work so well with this adhesive. Thanks for any suggestions you might haveI don't do coffee but I do paint wine bottles so I have lots of label removing to do. I don't know if they're plastic or glass but first try filling the bottle with real hot water. This softens the glue & sometimes the label will peel off. I often put a wet paper towel or dish cloth over the label at the same time. For the residue left behind you can try either Goof Off or Goo Gone. Either works well on most glues.
