Dear Robert Lechevalier,

Tr= ust and security are part of what makes PayPal the best way to pay and get = paid online. Which means we owe it to you to keep your financial informatio= n private, as well as give you updates on policy changes.

There haven't been any changes to our Privacy Policy since May 15, but ea= ch year we send you a copy of our Privacy Policy just to keep you up to dat= e on our data collection, use and protection practices. (You can also chec= k out our Privacy Policy at any time by clicking the Privacy link at the bo= ttom of any page.)

=20=20 In the following pages, you'll also find our Annual Error Resolution Noti= ce describing how to report unauthorized transactions or other errors when = you use PayPal. For more information, see Section 12 of the PayPal User Agreement.

And last but not least, you'll see some updates to our User Agreement tha= t go into effect November 18, 2014. If you're interested in all the details= , take a look at our Policy Updates Page. Here are the highlights:
=
• We're increasing the time for buyers to file merchandise disputes = (Item Not Received and Significantly Not as Described) from 45 days to 180 = days.
• We're extending buyer protection to include item not received clai= ms for custom made products.
• Because PayPal Seller Protection and Buyer Protection policies may= vary from country to country, we're adding language to clarify which count= ry's policy applies when a seller makes a sale to a buyer outside of the U.= S.

If you use PayPal after the date these changes become effective, we will = take that usage as your consent to the changed terms.

=20=20=20=20 Feel free to contact us with questions through the Contact link at the bo= ttom of any page.

=20=20 Sincerely,

The PayPal Privacy and Compliance Team
