-r for the most part does all train graffiti go unnoticed by track police and rail workers? 

I just don't know much about how they handle train graffiti vs street graffiti. Someone with knowledge please help me out.

I mean, I've heard stories about certain yards where the railworkers don't care long as people aren't painting over the numbers. Not that I wouldn't be just as cautious of being spotted tho. Graffiti is a way of life, Its a great way to express your inner emotions, feeling towards a subject or issue or a way to exercise your talent. It really gives this art a bad name when mindless people continually tag meaningless and messy words pictures and or words. This art to me has no importance and should be avoided. Remember, Take your time and do a good job, Big or small because this can be a lot more then
