I imagine it has to do with the return of Tom Dean last season. He was at the helm when Castle finished 2nd in 2005. He left around then, or maybe a year later. He came back last season and Castle finished 7th after missing finals in 2012. Now they're looking like a top 4 band as of today. While I can only speculate, there are rumors of large amounts of being shipped from Newburgh earlier this summer to various judging associations and an unofficial Presidential endorsement (if you listen carefully, I swear they chant midway through the show). In all seriousness to Lucas, this is a great band that Castle has this season. I encourage you to grab a Fan Pass as they'll soon be posted to our Video Vault and you can see for yourself. Thanks While I can only speculate, there are rumors of large amounts of being shipped from Newburgh earlier this summer to various judging associations and an unofficial Presidential endorsement (if you listen carefully, I swear they chant "O-BA-MA" midway through the show). Can't see much coming out of it as the player's premise of discrimination is total BS. It's been long known about FIFA's policy towards artificial turf. For the most part, they are in favour and have been since the introduction of third generation infill surfaces. I think the article cited the previous Men's U20 in Canada and it's use of artificial surfaces. And seeing as Canada did them a favour, as they were the only bidder after Zimbabwe dropped out, I can see FIFA actively supporting Canada. To play multiple games at a venue with a temporary turf surface without proper preparation is a recipe for disaster. It is prohibitively expensive (who will pay, certainly won't be Canada) and with only a year to go to figure out the logistics and planning of it would not be prudent.
