Per the above, a sufficient quorum in attendance, and with no objection =

posted by the indicated time, I will rule the amendment to have been =

adopted by the membership.

Riley, would you please make appropriate changes to the Bylaw version on =

the Web so that it isn't forgotten.

If anyone wishes to run for the Board, please indicate this now.  I will =

allow for nominating others in a short while, but those nominated will =

waiting for me, I am sure.
