As far as a chief information officer is condemned, I volunt= eer to take over all of that responsibility.

I'll respond to the rest of it in a bit.

Note that since Robin was Secretary/Treasurer for the last decade = and a half, the Board doesn't even know whether lojban.org is owned by LLG = or by Robin himself.=C2=A0 Nor do we know the ownership of similar named UR= Ls (lojb= an.com, lojban.edu, lojban.biz, etc, which we might have a legitimate claim to = - at one time a couple of these were donated to us, but I don't know if= they were ever used).

An excerpt of a private = conversation a few months ago:

11:50 <rlpowell> Me
11:52 <rlpo= well> I get email from our registrar well in advance.
11:52 <rlpowell> And I take that particular email *= very* seriously.
11:53 <rlpowell> Los= ing lojban.org would *S= UCK*.
11:53 <gleki> it will immediate= ly be bought by bots.
11:53 <rlpowell>= ; Exactly that, yes.
11:53 <gleki> s/= will/would/
11:53 <rlpowell> Like, in= stantly.
11:53 <rlpowell> I believe I= have it on auto-renew, in fact.
11:54 <= rlpowell> Indeed.

It's owned by 24 people, including Riley (our Treasurer). Some owners = are not even LLG members as you may guess from that number.
The=C2=A0https://github.com/lojban/cll/tree/docbook-p= rince branch could be made kinda official.
But in practice if an account of one of those 24 people is hacked we ca= n do nothing to restore our repositories there.

So I think it's better to sto= re all those repositories backed up on our (or Robin's at this period o= f history) servers.

I don't see why other branches of the same repository mus= t be official. I made a proposal to BPFK to make one official but even that= was largely ignored (which I think doesn't matter provided that unoffi= cial preparations are done somewhere and the results of such activities are= public). And it wasn't even LLG.

<= /div>
It'd be also nice to share LLG Youtube = accounts, Reddit, Facebook and Twitter accounts between several LLG members= so that they can post and reply to questions. Maybe some rules should be d= eveloped.

Note that the Treasurer now possesses accounts to Youtube/Gmail and Twi= tter.
As for other mentioned websites they = are even more unofficial.

I'd suggest first concentrate one lojban.org and mw.lojban.org in particular and pages publish= ed there.
I think Robin is still the best p= erson to own those domains.

As for the status of officiality I suggest just makin= g an agreement outside legal language.
In s= hort, I think we all can make to an agreement of our behavior on de facto R= obin's websites.

I'm pretty sure it won't be nice to ask Robin to p= ass us those domains (see my excerpt). Who among us knows technical details= better than he does?

P.S.=C2=A0by they way, why not start a new rival site at <= a href=3D"http://lojban.com" target=3D"_blank">lojban.com? any voluntee= rs? E.g. it can be made more polished than the current "wiki" one= . Imagine a static website with nice menus, nice and complete website struc= ture, with subdomains for speakers of different languages.
