I love Colby's, have been a customer since 1996 when they were located on N. Washington in Forrest City.  Their cheeseburgers are so good, they actually... They have great breakfast, especially the omelets and French toast. Lunch and dinner buffets with good ole southern home cooking. Saturday night the buffet... Great Mexican place in the middle of the country in Arkansas. Great food, great service!!!!  I'm from SoCal and I needed to see what Arkansas had to offer.... I would typically be drawn to all of the fried food, especially the catfish. My server, Claudia, recommended the philly cheese steak. Was I surprised ...the... Great steaks and prime rib. When the prime rib is gone it's gone. Duck hunters pack it during duck season so make reservations. Also only open Friday and... This is an older building but I like the way it is laid out, more booths than counter space. ....We were served very quickly. ....The food is on the better side... Unfortunately grilled is no longer available at any location.  Clean inside with nice people working.  Fried breast was a little soggy on the coating, but... Was impressed how fast they did my order at the drive thru. The only thing they didnt put salt on the fries but better to have no salt then over salted. The... Ate here for the first time last night. Even though it was a holiday, they were open and had really tasty food out on the buffet.
