My boyfriend and I have been here once for brunch last summer, and again last night for dinner. FINALLY. I love it here in the summer because it has a deck... Love the Utica Greens!  This is our place of choice in Rome New York! A local treasure in the Utica-Rome, NY, community, we've been going there for years. We've always enjoyed the food, whether in the historic, dive-y front... The food was pricey. The service was okay. The decor, design, lighting was dated and old, but I assumed that was the exact look and feel they were going... Volcano rolls are awesome. I like the variety at the salad bar. They're specialty cocktail menu is also something you should def skim over, I recommend the... Where do I even begin?? This place is hands down the BEST! Fresh, homemade food...
