How do I sign up?

It’s simple.  Complete the form linked here** and return it to Lightning Source by mail or by fax, using the information provided in the attachment.

When your forms are received, we will process your information, record your bank/depository account information and add your email address to our system. You will then start to receive your monthly Publisher Compensation payment and remittance advice electronically.
