If it's an anybody-can-edit-it section, it should not have a shepherd.<= br>

It marked as me being shepherd because the content= is almost entirely mine. I wasn't under the impression that only a she= pherd could edit a shepherded section, only that (s)he was the one /assigne= d/ to.
