It's marked as shepherded by somebody else. (You?)

If it's an anybody-can-edit-it section, it should not have a shepherd.<= br>

It marked as me being shepherd because the c= ontent is almost entirely mine. I wasn't under the impression that only= a shepherd could edit a shepherded section, only that (s)he was the one /a= ssigned/ to.

That doesn't make much sense. In both cases "ienai" is = attached to the
same bridi, just with a focused word in the second case.

mu'o mi'e xorxes

And in {.ienai .= i li'o} it attaches to the more likely than not elided {vau}?

.i= mi nelci lo va blanu gerku
.ienai .i ta ba'e na blanu

That l= ooks to me like disagreement that it's a dog.

I'm certain that you'll agree with me on the = meaning of this:

.i mi nelci lo va blanu gerku
.i go'i.ienai = .i ta ba'e na blanu

To me, {.i.ienai li'o} is a shortcut for= {.i go'i.ienai .i li'o}. (Assuming {na go'i.ienai} is disagree= ing that {go'i} is NOT true.)
