Earlier I used the raw text index to partially index the document, but that left a lot of manual labour. If people have time to read the "TODO" instructions on the indexing, and guesstimate the *amount* of labour, that'd be of some help to me. I'm working on a script to add the indexing back in automatically. It is *very* complicated; I think I've spent more than a dozen hours on it already.
