You can't use "lo ficysi'u zdani" with "ro lo ci remna" because it's not the case that each of them lives in mutually different houses. Each of them is supposed to live in a single house. "ro" says that you can put each of the three humans in "... xabju lo ficysi'u zdani" and get a true predication, but that's not the case. If one of the humans is la djan, you don't really want to say that "la djan cu xabju lo ficysi'u zdani".
