The order should be Y-M-D; it makes more sense and is an international=20
standard. If the context makes all three plausible, I'd say "de'i li=20
pi'epi'epare" / "de'i lo dekmere" / "de'i li parepi'epi'e" (but I'd probabl=
y=20
leave one pi'e out).
